Calling all local artisans, makers, craftsman, and anyone identifying as bard class—we are excited to invite you to participate in this one-of-kind grassroots celebration created by and for Richmond.
Vendors
We are seeking vendors that reflect the Faire’s focus on craftsmanship, history, and creativity with an emphasis on handmade or historically inspired items. Categories include: Artisans & Makers / Food & Beverage
Performers, Demonstrators, & Attractions
We are looking for local and regional talent and interactive attractions to help us build a celebration full of creativity and connection. While many parts of the Faire are organized in-house, we’re opening this call to the public to spark new ideas and collaborations to showcase the breadth of Richmond’s creative community.
Applications will remain open through December 13, 2025.
We look forward to bringing this event to life alongside the Richmond community.
