Warriors in Bloom:
Policies & Community Standards

Welcome to theWarriors in Bloom FAQ Page. Please help us create a safe, fun, and family-friendly experience while respecting the historic Agecroft Hall & Gardens, neighboring communities, and all attendees.

1. Tickets & Event Updates

  • Warriors in Bloom is a two-day event, with tickets available for purchase for each individual day.

    • General Admission (Ages 16+): $20 per day

    • Youth Admission (Ages 6–15): $15 per day

    • Children (Ages 5 and Under): Free

Please note that even though admission is free for children ages 5 and under, a complimentary child ticket must still be reserved to ensure an accurate attendance count.

  • Tickets will not be sold at the gate and are available exclusively online. Tickets may be purchased up until the event date, provided they have not sold out.

  • To expedite entry, please have the QR code associated with your ticket readily available for scanning upon arrival. Due to limited cell service at the venue, we strongly recommend saving a screenshot of your ticket or bringing a printed copy as a backup.

  • We encourage guests to purchase tickets as early as possible. To maintain a high-quality, immersive experience, attendance is capped each day and tickets may sell out in advance.

  • Any sell-outs or ticket availability updates will be announced through our social media channels.

  • Tickets may be given or sold to another individual at the purchaser's discretion. Warriors in Bloom does not facilitate, coordinate, or verify ticket transfers. As tickets are not associated with a specific attendee, entry will be granted to the first person who presents a valid, unused ticket for scanning at the gate.

  • Age must correspond to the ticket type purchased. Adult attendees may not use Youth tickets.

Additional purchases during the event, including food, beverages, merchandise, and vendor goods, may be made with cash or card where accepted.
